We are pleased to welcome you to our new Donor Advised Fund online platform. Our DAF Portal is designed to empower and guide you on your philanthropic journey. This platform adheres to industry standards while providing an efficient and user-friendly interface for managing your grants and funds.
Individuals authorized to manage funds within the Ocean Reef Community Foundation will receive an email containing instructions to set up a personalized password. If you’re an authorized fund manager and don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk email folder.
Getting Started
Our team has put considerable effort into creating a platform that combines ease-of-use with exceptional functionality. However, we understand that navigating any new system can present challenges. While you explore the portal’s features, it’s natural to have questions or require assistance. Rest assured, we’re here to support you in seamlessly navigating this portal system.
Important Steps
- Establish Your Password: You will receive an email from Ocean Reef Community Foundation, Inc. (no-reply@fcsuite.com) with “ORCF Donor Portal Login” referenced in the email’s subject line. Follow the instructions to create a password for your account. Take note of your username (which is your email address) and password as you complete this process.
- Access the Portal: To access the portal at any time, simply go to our website at www.oceanreefcommunityfoundation.org and click “My DAF Login” in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Enter your username and password, and then select the fund you’d like to review.
- Take a Look Around: The main screen provides an at-a-glance summary of the fund. You will also see the current spendable balance and an overview of grants and contributions.
- Use the Portal: Log in to check the balance of your fund, recommend a grant, track contributions and disbursements made from your fund, and access fund statements.
Personal Tour
Once you have established your login in the system, we are happy to give you a personal tour of the site and features. This can be done at your convenience either online via Zoom or in person at the office. Stop in the office or contact Yuri Mikolay at ymikolay@oceanreef.com to schedule your personal tour of the site.
Troubleshooting
I haven’t received the auto-generated email yet. What should I do? Check your Spam or Junk folder for an email from Ocean Reef Community Foundation, Inc. with the email (no-reply@fcsuite.com). If it hasn’t arrived, please email ymikolay@oceanreef.com so that we can re-send the information you will need to get started.
I don’t understand how to navigate the portal. Where can I get help? Please contact Yurianna Mikolay at ymikolay@oceanreef.com with any questions and/or a personal tour of the site and features.
The URL only worked the first time. How do I return to the portal? The custom URL inside the auto-generated email should only be used to establish your password. Take note of your username and the password you select and then visit our donor portal to access the system at any time.
I’ve lost my password. What should I do? For security reasons, Ocean Reef Community Foundation team does not have the ability to access your password. You can reset your password on the donor portal login page. If you still need assistance, please email foundation@oceanreef.com.
