As another season begins at Ocean Reef, the Ocean Reef Community Foundation once again has new opportunities lined up to help returning Members make a difference here at The Reef and in our surrounding communities.
Discover New Charities on Foundation Site Visits
See firsthand how your generosity is already making a difference! This season’s Charity Tours will take place on:
- Wednesday, December 3, 2025
- Wednesday, January 7, 2026
- Friday, February 6, 2026
Participants will visit both recent grant recipients and new applicants being considered for 2026 Community Grants, and have the opportunity to share valuable feedback with the Grants Committee as they prepare to make recommendations.
Tours depart promptly at 8:30 a.m. and return by 12:30 p.m. Space is limited, so reserve your spot early by emailing foundation@oceanreef.com or calling 305-367-4707.
Plan to Enjoy All Charities Weekend Two Weeks Later Than Usual
As calendars for the season ahead quickly fill, it is important to note this year’s event will take place about two weeks later than usual. Mark your calendar now for February 20–22, 2026, when Ocean Reef will once again come together for All Charities Weekend. Equity members should keep an eye out for their invitations arriving by mail in the beginning of December.
This season’s theme, “Reef Royale: Where Glamour Meets Giving,” promises an unforgettable celebration of generosity and community. Our committees are already hard at work crafting an extraordinary weekend filled with elegance, excitement, and impact.

Opt in to Our New “Emerging Needs” Email List
All Charities serves Ocean Reef well by consolidating fundraising and limiting solicitations, so much so that interested Members often ask to ”opt in” to be kept informed of needs in our surrounding communities.
The Foundation has an annual tradition of sharing needs our grants program was unable to meet completely — Co-Investment Opportunities — with our Donor Advised Fund holders and on request. We also are aware of urgent and emerging needs within our local nonprofit network as they occur throughout the year, and have created a new list to share this information with Members who ask to be included.
If you’d like to “opt in” to receive our annual Co-Investment Opportunities and occasional messages about emerging and urgent needs outside the gates, please email foundation@oceanreef.com with a note that you would like to be added to the “Emerging Needs” email list.
